Experiment #1 - How to Get Six Pack Abs Fast

11 October 2008 No Comment

It’s the definition of ultimate fitness. Yes, I’m talking about six pack abs or if you are a woman a flat stomach.

It never occured to  me to actually try to get six pack abs until I discovered that the formula was not nearly as intense as I had expected.

It all started a couple months ago when I got sick of watching my 12 year old brother in law check himself out in the mirror, so I decided to challenge him to a match of who can get six pack abs first.

Here’s a shot of what I looked like then. The initial experiment was a failure due to what felt like a piece of bone floating around in my back which caused me to take a week off and implement a lighter work out routine. And yes, I did end up losing by unanimous decision that his little boys body was indeed in better shape.

Since then we’ve started the contest part 2

Let’s look at the ingredients to accomplishing this.

Ingredient #1 - Diet

Experts Say Six Pack Abs are made in the kitchen, because no matter how many crunches or sit ups you do if you have a layer of fat covering your midsection they will not show.

Ingredient #2 - Exercise

Again against popular belief. Hours of exercise are not required to grow muscle. Muscle is grown through proper diet, exercising right and…

Ingredient #3 - Rest

The way muscle grows is actually through creating microscopic tears which are forced to repair themselves. Lack of rest is one of the main reasons that people with the false idea of exercise will do crunches and situps everyday only to find out that their muscles actually get weakened due to over-fatigue.

So to wrap this up the Six Pack Abs Experiment started on October 1st 2008 and will run until October 31st 2008 making it just 4 weeks long.
